TO ORDER: Simply email me with your order & I will email you an invoice through Paypal or Google Checkout, whichever you prefer. You do not have to have an account with Paypal or Google to pay with a credit card. This method protects your privacy as I will not see your personal information! When you receive the invoice, simply click on the link provided & follow the instructions. All prices are in US dollars. Missouri residents, please add 8.241% sales tax.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: cost is usually $3-$5 via USPS w/delivery confirmation. Larger orders will ship w/ insurance. For multiple items, you will be charged only the actual cost of packaging & shipping your order. Orders over $100 ship FREE with insurance.
SHIPPING TIMES: Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received. In stock items will be sent USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and averages 1-3 days transit time. If you need an item sooner, please email me & I will do my best to expedite your order.
CUSTOM SIZING: Generally, length can be customized up to 1-1/2" free of charge, depending on the design.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I enjoy creating custom jewelry if it fits within my work aesthetic. If you like something from my sold gallery or prefer a different colour, please let me know. I require a 50% deposit before beginning work, with the remainder due upon completion to your satisfaction.
RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is very important. In the rare instance that an item isn't what you were expecting, please let me know. Jewelry returned in its original, unworn condition will be accepted up to 10 days of receipt (less shipping) in its original packaging with invoice.
Sorry, custom orders are not returnable. *Exception: jewelry that has been customized for length (up to 1.5") can be returned, but will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery confirmation & insurance are strongly recommended. Vivian Gaston Designs will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
